User settings in EntryScape

In the top right corner of EntryScape, you can open the user menu by clicking on the orange user avatar.

If you click on "Settings" you get a dialog where you can change your name, language, and find a link for changing password.

If you click on "Change password" you can enter your current password first to prove that you are you, and then enter a new password. The password must be at least 10 characters long and contain a number as well as both lower case and upper case characters.

In the user menu there is also a link to our user forum where you can find questions and answers from other EntryScape users and the MetaSolutions team.

You also find a link to our customer support for our paying customers as well as our terms and conditions.

At the bottom you will see which version of EntryScape that you are currently using and what the latest feature updates are. If you click on "What's new?" you can read our release information with the latest updates. When a new version has been released, a blue dot on the user avatar shows that there is new, unread release information under "What's new?".

EntryScape is a web based system which means that the update that you are using is the latest available from your organization or from your system provider.
