There are several ways to get help with something in EntryScape, see below.

Field explanations

A useful feature is that the headings for input fields in EntryScape are clickable. Clicking on a heading will bring up a field explanation with hints on what information is expected in the field and possibly links to the DCAT-AP description or equivalent.

If you are stuck on something in EntryScape Catalog and need help, you can click on the question mark in the upper right corner. This will open a right-hand side menu with quick links to relevant pages in the user manual that describe the functions of the page you are on.

User support forum with questions and answers

On the EntryScape user forum you can ask questions and get answers. Even better, you can read what others have asked about and what answers they have received. Chances are that someone else has asked the same question as you and received an answer.

Helpdesk for technical errors

The customer support helpdesk is available for paying customers who encounter technical errors and have a support agreement with MetaSolutions AB. This customer support is available via the helpdesk. It is ready to receive your questions on weekdays between 08:00-17:00 and answers according to best effort.
